Alan Kingston was born in 1910 in Dunedin. He died in 1989. He married Pamela Cracroft Harper.
Attended Otago Boys High School. Served with 7th Anti Tank Regiment in Greece and North Africa. Prisoner of War from 1942-1945. Farmed at Coldstream near Ashburton. Keen sportsman, especially tennis and cricket. Involved in many district activities.
Pamela Cracroft Harper [Parents] was born in 1923. She married Alan Kingston.
Attended Rangi Ruru from the age of nine. Trained as a nurse, graduated in 1948. Served as a VAD during war years. Member of Ashburton Golf Club, won Ladies Championship in 1973, elected Ladies President 1981-1982.

Janice Mildred Blunden [Parents] was born on 3 May 1908. She died in 1999. She married Arthur Trevor Wallis on 26 Apr 1931.

Peter Richard Blunden [Parents].Peter married Thalia.
Peter Richard, farmer at Port Levy, Banks Peninsula, retired to Christchurch. Corporal, 20th Armoured Regiment, 2nd NZEF, awarded Military Medal in North African campaign. Prisoner of War, escaped, and sheltered by Greek family. Married Thalia, from Greece.
Thalia was born in Greece. She married Peter Richard Blunden.
Adrian Wallis [Parents].Adrian married Sally.
Family lived in Greymouth, attended Christs College in Christchurch, then studied at Canterbury Uni from 1958-1964, graduating with a PhD in organic chemistry. Went overseas in 1965. Retired in 2000 after a 30 year career with CSIRO Forest Products, then took up an honorary position at the CSIRO lab, and is secretary of a trust that promotes wood science.
Sally.Sally married Adrian Wallis.
Sally has always lived in Melbourne, graduated BSc in Microbiology/Biochemistry from Melbourne University. In 2001 she teaches Science to year 7-8 boys at Melbourne Grammar School
